I forgot my PIN

Ask your store manager — they can set a new PIN for you.

It says I'm "not scheduled"

The clock checks today's published schedule. If you're working but not on it, a manager can approve your clock-in on the device.

Setting up a new tablet

A manager signs in on the device, chooses the store, and the tablet is ready. Managers can reset a device from the in-app settings.

Why does it take a photo?

A quick photo at clock-in confirms identity and helps prevent time fraud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
